Very happy with the instructions, set up, and build of this beautiful pavilion. It has been the talk of the neighborhood and even my work colleagues as we find creative ways to work from home under the gazebo. Looks fantastic at night with lights around the frame.

2. One component did not align 100%
3. Some wood got chipped during assembly process
4. Quite a few wood imperfections visible on the pillars
5. Does not appear as a fine finish and quality item

I’m in Love! This Gazebo has been the talk of the summer from my friends & family! Strangers drive bye then slow down to try to get a better view and then compliment me on it!

I installed it on our second level deck. I added a mounting board on the bottom of the three center trusses for mounting a waterproof ceiling fan, also a waterproof outlet for rope lighting!

We put up this Pavilion for entertaining. Although, we had no experience doing this type of work, were able to assemble it without any issue. Our only complaint is that the instructions should contain the measurements for placement of footers.

I love it so much I bought one and than bought another one. The quality is amazing and it looks like it cost a fortune. These have bought my patio form great to amazing. I now spend three seasons on my patio. Most everything stays dry and the sun does not bleach out my patio furniture.

All the wood pieces were cut to fit and pre drilled for assembly. I was surprised the roof panels were not pre drilled which would help in making assembly.
