Perfect for pool equipment

We just received our pavilion this week and got to install it over the weekend. We have had our pool for 3 years now and wished I did this from day one. This pavilion will keep the direct sun off of the equipment and hopefully extending the life of it. We have a 12x12 from Yardistry on our patio so this will complement that. This kit went together pretty easy with the help from my kids.

I bought this for my wife about two months ago. Very well pleased overall I love the product but the assembly was a little rough. The roof wasn’t square a few boards were longer than the others. So some cutting had to be done but after a few hours roof was square and everything fit perfectly

Looks and Quality

I have been waiting for a hard top gazebo with the right roof pitch. I am really glad I waited. The quality and precision of the material is top notch. Yes some of the wood bowed when released from its shipping binding but keeping them clamped while waiting to install helped. My husband and I put this together in about 15 hours. We are pretty handy and in our late 60's so nothing special in the building of it. Look closely at the plans, know what you want to do step at a time. Keep all of the hardware facing the same direction in the beams. Keep it uniform and dont take short cuts. Your gonna love this.

This is a great gazebo. Step by step instructions that are very easy to follow. My wife helped me for the most part and we are in our late 60’s. Had a younger brother come over to help with posts one day and roof sections a few days later. We worked on it when we felt like it so it’s hard to say how long it took us but two young guys with a little know how could have her up in 8 hrs. Great quality and looks good, we plan to seal the wood.

Great Grilling Pavilion. It took me several hours to assemble but the directions were straight forward and easy to understand. The cedar is really beautiful and the tin roof is easy to put on. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to protect the grill and have some coverage when grilling in weather.

Great Product. Well Engineered

This is a great product, well engineered, good materials and very solid once constructed. Directions are well written and relatively easy to follow. Working by myself I assembled posts, beams and two roof sections. Really did need four people to lift each roof section while others secured the sections together with bolts. I was totally amazed after getting first roof section up and then putting up the second that the pre-drilled roof beam holes lined up perfectly making bolting them together a breeze. As with many construction jobs getting posts square and level are critical to having everything else fit together. I installed this Pavillion on a wooden deck which is three feet off the ground. I reinforced the 1 5/16" deck planks by either attaching another joist along side existing joist or doubling up 2x10 cut to fit in between current joists. I then secured the Yardistry post anchors to the deck using 3" or 3 1/2" lag screws. No leaks at all in the roof. Neighbors have said how attractive this Pavillion looks. I also had contractors come out to give quote to build from scratch from $8,000 to $12,000.

Love the product. It's connected to rear sliding door and we use the backyard now far more with the cover. Built it in a few leisurely weekends, but most of the time was looking for the right fastening hardware. Guessing there over 500 pieces of hardware at least. Strongly suggest getting a a dozen large cups or small boxes and orgnaizing the hardware so easy to locate. I built the entire kit by myself except for sliding the roof section on top of the frame. Can do that with 2 people, but 3 is even better to ease alignment. Overall extermely satisfied and should have done it years ago.

Great outdoor shelter

This is the third year we've enjoyed our gazebo. It's roomy enough for 8 of us to eat dinner under most nights during the Summer, a very attractive addition to our back patio. The only thing I would like to see are curtains that could be drawn to cut down on the chilly breezes of Spring and Fall. I also hired a contractor to assemble it, you need plenty of manpower for the roof.
