More Difficult then Presented

Just finished the assembly. The finished product does look very nice. However, some of the assembly steeps are much harder than expected. The rood panels come with a plastic covering on both side. This is almost impossible to remove. I spent as much time removing the plastic as I did on the rest of the entire structure. I understand the purpose of the plastic coating but way too much work to remove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this pavillion and my husband, son, and I assembled it over a two day period. It is sturdy, beautifully made , instructions are terrific, but... it is NOT 10 x 10 . Our older gazebo broke and we wanted a replacement. but now that it's all assembled it is much smaller than our old 10x10. Had we realized it, we would have bought the 12 x 12 and got just what we needed. Unfortunately, too late for us to change it. Just be sure you check the specs.

Overall satisfied with the product. A very sturdy structure. Predrilled holes line up well to accept hardware. Instructions easy to interpret. I decided to apply a stain by brush and it looks good.

Backyard Pavilion is really functional & practical

The Backyard Pavilion is a great piece of kit in terms of functionality, if you are looking for a practical cooking shelter then this is it. The only issues I had/have that stopped me giving it 5 stars is the quality not the build material. It took forever to get replacement parts that where damaged during manufacture (twice for the same part) and it is starting to spilt in the UK climate. The first was not such big issue, the second? Lets wait and see.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Exceptional Value

We bought and installed our pavillion about 4 years ago. It was very competitively priced and easy to erect. We designed the location to actually become an outdoor room off our living room. The quality is exceptional and the strength of the construction is remarkable. We have some very strong storms in Oklahoma and it has stood up to all of them.
I would recommend this to a friend!
