Definitely require assistance to construct. The pre-cuts and pre-drills were all perfect. Struggled a little with the roof panel construction, but got it done. Once up, very happy with the end product. I do wish it was pre-wired for lighting.

We bought two of the pavilions and a privacy wall. Every part was in the boxes when delivered as was all the hardware. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I installed the wall on the gable end rather than the side as designed. It only required minor modifications to deal with a 1 inch narrower opening. I also changed the location slightly so I could retain the diagonal supports on the posts.

This kit was well done! Kudos to the Yardistry team. It was packed well, had great instructions (some minor typos, but overall very readable). I am a handyman husband and between me, my wife and my brother-in-law (for the heavy lifting of the roof panels), we were able to put this up on our deck in about 5 days (that's including the screen kit, which was also well done!). Thank you Yardistry for such great products.

I installed one after redoing the deck off my house. Had it for the first year And loved it so much I bought another one for the patio. The construction is excellent, good instructions, Each piece is heat stamped a #, and assembly is right on. It states 4 men for assembly. I assembled 99% myself with careful planning and had a friend give me a hand landing the roof and I finished the bracing. I would recommend which I added are hurricane straps at each corner. Other than that. Beautiful.

Put it together myself and I learned alot....it was a fun project. After I was quoted $7,000 for a very basic horse shelter, I decided to go with the diy pavillion. It's holding up great and the neighbors like the way it looks.

we installed ours over a backyard patio and it gives great shade in the Arizona sun and has no problems withstanding the mountain winds. customer service with this company was excellent, we were missing a part and they had it to me in a couple days with no issues.
