Solid budget gaming monitor

As a casual gamer who plays maybe once or twice a week I needed a budget gaming monitor that wouldn't break the bank. This unit fits the bill. Although it isn't super rich in features, it fit the build and had everything that I needed it to do. That is 27-in monitor, 1440p resolution, 144 hz refresh rate, IPS display, and decent GtG.

The colors look fantastic, there's no light bleed, and the "bezel-less" style is very aesthetic. 1440p, 144hz, and 1ms response time completely change the gaming experience. I would buy a second one if I ran a dual setup.

Great monitor especially for the price

Was nervous buying this as it doesn't have reviews that are easy to find. It was basically a 50/50 buy on being good or bad. The monitor actually blew me away when it came (i upgraded from a 10+ year old 1080p 60hz monitor). The quality is amazing and the picture is really clear. I was never able to use G-sync, but that may be my mistake. Runs at true 144hz. My only complaint is that it came with 4 dead pixels. This is enough for me to get a replacement but the pixels at 2K are not noticeable unless you have a solid color on the screen, which doesnt bother me. Overall, was worth the risk and its a great monitor for the price.
