Great looking stove but…

This stove looks beautiful in my kitchen. I have even worked out the burner issues in the reviews. That being said, the noise the oven makes the entire time it’s on, under the guise of a “safety feature”, is beyond annoying and unbelievable. I definitely wouldn’t recommend cooking a large turkey in it and having to hear the oven noise the whole time. My friends oo and ah when they see the stove—until I turn on the oven so they can hear the noise. Therefore, unfortunately, it’s hard to recommend it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product Even Better Customer Service

My gas range was a gift from my mom. I get compliments daily on its beauty and the elevation it adds to my kitchen.
I would especially like to compliment ZLINE Customer Service, specifically Tamela. She helped me via phone today and she truly went above and beyond for me. She expressed that she loves her job and I think she is an amazing asset to the ZLINE team. After talking to her, I have decided to start saving up to add more ZLINE appliances to my kitchen. Tamela was such a bright spot in my day and excelled in our interactions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!

The gold details are everything!

Not only did I get this oven but I got the matching refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The gold accents add so much style to the room and everything is easy to clean with a quick wipe. The oven stays cool on the front with an automatic fan that turns on when you’re using the it and with 6 burners there is enough room to cook everything you need at once. I have had so many compliments on the high end look of these appliances yet they are totally affordable!

Beautiful addition to the kitchen

This oven looks very high end and is a great statement piece to our kitchen. We haven’t used it much yet, and it is definitely necessary to read up on proper operation as it is not as typical as previous ovens we have owned. But learning curve is very easy and we look forward to cooking with it more!

I bought this stove a month ago for my kitchen remodel and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. I love cooking and this has definitely been a huge upgrade from my old stove. You can’t go wrong with the quality for the price. Best of both worlds. Customer service is also great!

Just what I wanted, simple and straight forward.

I have had several very nice ranges over the years, dual fuel, double ovens, all the bells and whistles, I decided to go simple and durable. The RA3 has 1 commercial quality oven, and great gas stove. No fancy electronic bells and whistles that are actually meaningless, no extra burners that don’t function. This is pure simplicity and it’s beautiful! So many compliments, it’s amusing!

Amazing Cooking Experience

Absolutely love my Zline! The oven cooks great and I love the dual fuel as I love a gas stove top. Customer service has been amazing and even when we have a little set up problem they were able to walk us through the problem and now everything is perfect. Only thing I would improve is the manual, it doesn’t explain the different settings as well as I would like so baking the first time was a little challenging as what setting to use. Overall would recommend to anyone. Worth the money and it was delivered in less then 2 weeks which is incredible.
