Beautiful and I love cooking on it

I bought this in June of 2022. I get compliments on it all the time. I looks beautiful. The oven temperature threw me off at first but after speaking with customer service. They sent me multiple videos and were very helpful. Cooking on the stove top is also a joy. I love cooking with gas.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’m disappointed in the fact the the burners don’t turn down to a simmer temperature. I have vegetables on one burner and potatoes on another and they both boiled on the lowest setting. Also, the oven leaked a lot of hot air into the kitchen. I expected the oven to be sealed and to bake evenly. My cookies took twice as long to bake as they should have! So far, after the first day, I have to say I am disappointed in the performance of the range and the oven. I think I made a mistake with this range!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our flames are able to be adjusted to ensure that your pans do not burn or boil over on the lowest setting, and your range should have come with a small yellow screwdriver to adjust your flames. If not, please reach out to ZLINE and their team can assist in sending this part over. Additionally, regarding the heat leaking out the door, we would like to look into this to see if we can provide troubleshooting or a replacement. Their team would be happy to help go over some troubleshooting steps since you are experiencing longer cook times than normal and find a solution! Please contact ZLINE customer service at zlinekitchen.com/contact and reference this review and your information, and their team can assist you on how to move forward. Thank you!

Great American Product‼️

The Z-Line RG-36 is fantastic oven and stove. They back their product and the recall took less than an hour. For more than half the price of a Viking or wolf you won't be disappointed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My range is amazing!
