Looks good, lights burn out, three times, in last

This range hood was installed in my 2019 fifth wheel camper. Have had trouble with lights several times, since purchase of camper. RV dealer has fixed, by replacing parts, twice, not finding cause of problem, so still have problem. Found 18 volts at quick disconnect for led lights, should be 12volts. Replaced circuit board, on/off switches, and both led lights, still have 18 volts, lights into at this time. Can you help me with this?

This is a beautiful hood. But it's very noisy despite the claims of the manufacturer to the contrary. Even at the first level, the decibels are way above a normal conversation. At level 4 it's so noisy it's bothersome and needs to be turned down or off. Very disappointing.

Bought this a few months ago and the kitchen was finished about a month ago. Have been using the exhaust fan regularly. It's a bit loud. Works amazingly well. Gone are the days of smelling last nights dinner for two days! Also makes the kitchen look great when it's not in use.
