Got this installed 2 months ago and can’t stop loving it daily. The awesome burners (and stainless steel cookware) have greatly helped speed up the cooking process.

Simple and Accurate

Excellent temperature control in oven and wonderful easy to clean very adjustable flames in the range top units. I love the even cooking of the convection oven and all works so well with such simplicity and not all the extraneous buttons and unnecessary set timers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The stove is beautiful

I bought this stove for its look and should have paid attention to the dual feature. While this is great , as electric is a much cleaner source, I didn't figure in that it would need a 220 outlet. So I have stored the stove for now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Oven problems

I bought this 1 year ago. The heating element connector and wire in the oven melted. Zline said they have a problem with doors not sealing properly and are sending me a new range. All zline ranges with an oven fan button on the right side were recalled. This unit did not have the carbon monoxide issue but still worth noting. I will never buy this brand again.

I didn't like the company's customer service, which made me stop having some admiration for the brand. I have a stove and refrigerator. I had plans to point this out to my customers, but the company definitely does not have the structure to provide adequate attention. It asks for videos, images, invoices and then, nothing. Just because a year of warranty passed, I didn't have my problem solved. So I bought a stove that lasts a year. This is definitely not luxury and much less commitment. It's rubbish.
