Stove having an electric igniter issue since new

I’ve been having the same issue with my stove since I first installed it I have to unplug it and plug it back in. Now the stoves igniter continues to be activated regardless, and I cannot find anyone to work on it. Beautiful stove, but I cannot use the oven because it’s not plugged in due to the clicking sound of the igniter and the fear that there might be an explosion from the gas. So I continue to light my stove with a lighter and my oven is unable to be used. This stove and oven would get 5 stars if I could use it. Plus the people who sell these stove/ovens do not know anything about them and cannot give me any information on how to get it repaired. If Zline could help me with this issue I would give 5 stars. I am a woman who knows nothing about how to get these things fixed especially when it should have never had the issue in the first place. Thank you Zline for your future help if possible.

Excellent Performance with a Minor drawback.

I recently purchased the Zline RA36 dual fuel range, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. The heating capabilities are outstanding, providing consistent and even heat that makes cooking a joy. The design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly into my kitchen decor.
One of the standout features is the powerful burners, which heat up quickly and efficiently. This has made a noticeable difference in my cooking experience, allowing me to prepare meals faster and with better results.
However, the only minor drawback I've noticed is that the oven heating is a bit slow. While it eventually reaches the desired temperature and maintains it well, it does take a bit longer than expected to preheat. Despite this, the overall performance and quality of the range far outweigh this small inconvenience.
Overall, I highly recommend the Zline RA36 dual fuel range to anyone looking for a reliable and high-performing kitchen appliance. It has truly elevated my cooking experience!

The Best Range Ever!!

I bought this item as the show stopper to my newly renovated kitchen. I have had nothing but awesome compliments on its beauty. But aside from that, the user friendly knobs and flawless make of this product has made me fall in love over and over again!! Will highly recommend

Love the 6 burners and oven space

We did a lot of research before selecting the ZLINE RA36. The 6 burners and large oven have made this a pure joy to cook on. The italian cast iron stove top make clean up a breeze. At any time several of us can be in the kitchen cooking and preparing food and this range/oven seems to always be the center of our activity. The stainless steel adds a very polished look to the kitchen.

Beautiful and Great Stove Top

I have this installed for over a month and very happy with the stove and smaller oven. It's also a beautiful statement for my kitchen. Zline was great when I contacted them about the inner piece of glass breaking on the oven door (it's three-paned). However, my bigger oven has been a bit more temperamental and is consistently 25 degrees higher than what I set it on. So I need to research or ask support how that can be fixed. Would recommend this oven to others!
