I'm pretty sure this is the same as our stovetop, maybe just a different color. Anyway, I am impressed by the quality of this item. I wasn't expecting much because it's suspiciously less expensive than other stovetops I've seen online. But I didn't encounter any issues during the purchase so I guess it's really just the best out there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you are having some issues with stains on your grates, and recommend using hot water and soap to clean them. We do not recommend letting any leftover food sit directly on the grates as well. If you need any additional assistance with cleaning or maintaining your range, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team at zlinekitchen.com/contact and we will happily assist you.

Very easy to operate. Turning of the knobs doesn’t feel flimsy. Can purchase optional features such as the wok ring and griddle to maximize optimal use of range. The stainless steel looks amazing. Just a solid piece. Used all the burners and each one performs the way that BTU is set to. Had the range for about 2 months.

I bought this as part of my kitchen remodeling project. I also bought a range hood and a drawer microwave. Very happy with all of them.
