[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With LOL being all the rage for young girls my daughter is no exception. She was beyond excited when this huge dollhouse arrived.
It's made of wood and took my husband around an hour to assemble. Not difficult and I'm sure having the assistance of a 9 year old added additional time.
Once assembled it's absolutely adorable. The colors are bright and vivid and she couldn't wait to set up all her LOL pets inside.
My only complaint is the pool and hot tub are not really meant for actual water play since the surrounding areas are wood and will damage. My husband is thinking of using a sealant to prevent water damage but for now we used fake water made from colored paper cut into tiny strips.
We added some furniture pieces from her old dollhouse but are hoping LOL comes out with some additional pieces we can add.
Overall if you have a LOL fanatic in your house you will not disappoint with this house. My daughter has literally spent hours entertaining herself with this house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the LOL Doll House A Week Ago Best Buy I Made !. I love how it's made out of nice sturdy wood doesn't bend it's perfect , the three stories is nice you can leave it on the floor or for a taller child place it on a nice sturdy table for great play time the working elevator is nicely done , The outside pool is nice you can actually place cold water in it for the LOL Dolls and Hot Tub with warm water tried it out works very well doesn't leak or spill all over . Love how it also has a sandbox it truly is a great item , It's got 6 rooms and sound throughout all floors love how much sound and lights it's has . The bathroom toilet makes flushing sound's and a bathtub with purple rain , Has a huge walk-in closet comes.with hangers and storage rack that's very nice for storing all the LOL clothes and stuff , The vanity and working drawer is a great addition for working storage . Take the staircase to the roof top it has a helipad and patio that changes from day to night!. I'm so impressed how much sound lights and layout it has the refrigerator sounds the details in the wood is very unique matches everything well and everything it comes with is nice and sets up easy fast and it's fun .

Quality only so-so but the kids love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While putting this together I ran into several problems with the quality. First, the stickers for the floor, walls and ceilings are not lined up with the screw holes. Throughout the process I noticed that some of the holes weren't in the right places either. This makes the walls not one up with the floors, etc. No corner is even, there are gaps and overlaps everywhere. I had to fill and redrill one hole because the piece wouldn't even fit in. The stairs aren't even a little bit secure and the elevator is very hard to move up and down. The furniture pieces don't fit and stay together and the dolly's heads keep coming off. The reason I gave this 3 stars is solely because my kids love it so much. They haven't stopped playing with it in 4 days. They don't care about the shoddy craftsmanship so I figure that's worth something.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Big house, tough to put together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Straight out of the box this was tough. It came packaged in broken styrofoam which resulted in little pieces all over the house. Directions were not with the house, they were in the cardboard moving truck. Putting the house together wasn’t horrible but it was missing some of the drill holes for the screws to fit in. The top of the house basically has on one side a piece of cardstock that doesn’t fix properly and flaps back and forth. The rest of the house is heavy duty, seems like an afterthought. My daughter enjoys playing with it. It only came with a couple LOL dolls, so be prepared to have your own or buy more. It does come with hardware to attach house to wall if you’re worried about it tipping over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This house has been a lot of fun for my kids to play with. Looking back when it first arrived, I should have put the house together before having the kids open the rest. The house is nice and sturdy and definitely requires an adult to assembly. It’s nice to involve the kids and have them find the lettered boards. It comes with a cardboard moving truck which holds all of the moving boxes labeled “kitchen”, “bathroom”, etc. My kids really enjoyed opening up all of the surprises in the boxes.

Couple mistakes in the assembly directions with some pieces shown upside down, etc. Also, staircase and some of the wooden pieces don't fit quite right. I expected better craftmanship for the price.
