I purchased this about 2 months ago. Got to use it once before it broke on the second use. The steamer turns on but steam no longer comes out after 1 use. Terrible waste of money and noticed that many others had this same issue. Will never be purchasing a Con-Air “product” ever again — terrible waste of money.

I use this several days a week to quickly steam shirts for work. It gets ready fast and my shirts are wrinkle free in seconds. I even used it on a comforter that was vacuum sealed and every wrinkle was gone!

I got this for my birthday, here's how to take wrinkles out of jeans dried on the clothesline ,spray a fine mist of water on them and then steam with the steamer and no more wrinkles.
