Worst dryer ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. Doesn't dry the clothes. You have to run it several times just to get them wearable. The "bulky" setting is the only one that works.
2. The exterior metal of the dryer gets so hot you can't touch it. We live in Phoenix, so our laundry room gets up to 120 degrees running the dryer.
3. We have had Bosch out to "repair" it five times and it still doesn't work. The first guy said to put a damp piece of paper towel over the sensors every time we put it on. Really????
We had a previous Bosch dryer for 10 years and loved it. This new model is awful. Don't buy it!

Never drys well enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried all the suggestions, always make sure filters are clean with no improvement! Is it normal to have a small amount of water in compartment when cleaning heat exchanger?

Pretty amazing dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The learning curve on this dryer is pretty steep but it is certainly worth it! Clothes don't come out quite as dry as I'd like without always hitting the extra dry cycle. Yesterday was the first time I did the maintenance vent clean-out and it was a mess. I hosed it out with the garden sprayer and could not believe all the lint - which is great - but I won't want to be doing that in the winter, nor will I want it going down my kitchen drain. Messier than I expected, but I still love it.

Quiet but slow and particular

Also, small loads (which should be expected on a small space efficient unit) do not work on any of the preprogrammed settings. So you most often have to use the timed dry setting and just bump up the time. Other than being able to select low setting, you have no idea what the temperature setting is on any of the other settings, inlcuding time dry. It's frustrating that the clothes can be drying for two hours but still feel damp. Not truly understanding how long the clothes needs to dry can make planning difficult. I do appreciate the light inside the drum and the overal cleanliness of the non vent drying system. The dryer is also very quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’m a huge fan of these dryers!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First reason is that this dryer is gentler on our clothes. Gentler In that our clothes are not overheated causing the fabrics to wear quickly either over stretching, pilling, and shrinking materials. Second, less wrinkling. Yes you have to do more to care for it to keep it running smoothly but it works terrifically. Read manufacture care instructions and purchase extra Cooler for those days your have many loads.

So much better than my old one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer dries very well. You have to remember it is a condensation dryer. The laundry comes out feeling damp from the humidity but when it cools off, it's usually dry. If not I put it in a little longer. This is because I dry a mixed load.
The light on the inside is handy when you're looking for something in it. The drying options give you a lot of choices on the heat and time. I'm happy I upgraded to the top model.

Great Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dryer for a couple of years now. It works great. Was a little nervous having never used a ventless dryer before, but it works better than any vented dryer. The clothes don't get cooked. When you take them out, they will be a little damp, but by the time you fold the clothes, the damp evaporates.

Good but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Satisfied with all the functionality, and amount of heat that exhausts out is minimald. The noise level is awesome. The only complaint is the dry sensing is off. It shutds down before the clothes being dry.
