Balls Up Sheets Like No Other!

We've had this now for about 2 months. The features are nice, but a bit overkill. This dryer takes a long time to try and when drying sheets, it creates a massive tied up ball of wet sheets. Annoying.

Great Small Space Solution

I love that this stackable washer and dryer fits in the small space in my condo. And it is wifi enabled, so I can see on my phone, what cycle I'm using, how much time is left, etc. Excellent machines!

I am impressed with this dryer. The overall size is small and perfect for a compact laundry area. The 4.3 cu. ft. drum capacity is perfect for us as a couple. I can fit king-size sheets in and they do not roll up like burritos (fold them into quarters in advance!). Every item is dried perfectly and everything feels fluffier). I am super happy with this dryer.

Wish I had another choice

This was the only unit available after the GE dryer I was sold failed. Doesn’t dry sheets and towels- they end up in a wet, tangled mess. Also, most things come out very wrinkled. Too many features I’ll never use. Very expensive for such a limited product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend using the "Towels" cycle for the best performance possible when drying towels or sheets, but we don't recommend mixing both of these items in the same load. Features and interface are great...but...

I did have an issue with the original order - I had to have the unit swapped out, which they did. The second unit seems to be ok - a bit loud when the drum is running (occasional squeak)...that being said - the features are very nice including the mobile integration

Hello. We are sorry to hear that you had an issue with the first model delivered but glad that the dryer was switched out. A squeak when the unit is started is normal; the sound should go away after the first few seconds of operation. Verify the unit is level. Make sure all four legs of the unit are equally supporting the dryer weight. Leveling instructions can be found in the Installation Instructions. Could be better

It’s small enough.. but for being smart you can’t remotely start or stop any load. Also options on the app are very limited. Basically can check the time left until complete. Not a powerful set for cleaning. Only option is white. Disappointed.
