Light touch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a stackable washer and dryer 3 months ago. I like the light finger touch and capacity. I find drying towels even on the towel setting does not get them dry. I run them a second time.

Great Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 5 year old Samsung dryer that had a ton of features with this one. The Samsung broke 4 times in 5 years. This is a good, basic dryer with great built in cycles that do the job I need it to do. So far, so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice unit for the price. My only concern is that the delicate cycle often detects the clothes to be dry even when they are not dry. However, it is very nice that various parameters in each of the cycles can be adjusted, for example, increased or decreased temperature or dryness, in various cycles. This allows me to use the Wrinkle Control cycle with Delicate parameters, and the clothes come out delicately dried. I do not like the countdown prior to starting the unit - I don't need a 3 second countdown; I'd just like it to start when I push Start.

Efficient Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dries loads efficiently and has a good variety of options. We sometimes need to run a timed dry to fully dry clothes because the dryness sensor is not fully accurate.
