Do not buy!

I would give it zero stars if I could. We bought this washer in Dec 2019 and the control board has died on it twice! The first time was only 1.5 months after it was delivered, and the second time almost exactly 2 years later. Amana is not standing by their product despite the fact that’s is an obvious lemon and the person that did the first repair mentioned this is a known issue on these machines. Never buying Amana or Whirlpool again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Washing machine work horse

Excellent so far. This machine is regularly washing sheets for 4 massage therapists... that's a lot of sheets! Solidly built and quite capable of handling a lot of laundry without having a bunch of extra bells and whistles. Simple. Hard working. Perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

fIRST WASH BROKE

Received NEW yesterday .Used today, FIRST wash door broke can not use. Other parts broke also,this washer is not to be bought .
Buy another brand.
We are calling Amana to have it replaced.
We will see if they stick to there policies monday.
