love french doors

love the french doors. my only flaw for me is the timer position is very close to the lower oven positon on the lower right hand side. my friend and I feel exactly the same about that.

Some things to improve

Overall I love my new oven. I love that it Cooks so evenly and has so many smart features. That being said I don't love that you can't set two different timers on the top and bottom oven at the same time or at least I haven't figured out how to and I get really annoyed that you cannot pick a temperature in between the set amounts, for example there's a cookie recipe that I really like to bake at 410 and it doesn't allow for that kind of adjustment you either have to do 400 or 425. I find it interesting that it is a professional oven but doesn't give that type of precision. Besides those two annoyances I really have enjoyed it thus far.

French Door cafe oven

Love this product. I am short and the French door allows easy,safe access to a hot oven. I do wish that temp probe would work when oven is not on, like when holding a roast in warm oven...

French Doors Didn't Align Well During Installation

The unit is beautiful EXCEPT, the French Doors didn't align well during installation, and we've reached the limits allowed by the alignment methodology. Also, we had to go shopping with a precision caliper to locate a tool that would fit the alignment screws when our installation technician's standard tool set didn't fit. This is disappointing in such an expensive model where the French doors are the most prominent visual feature! We are just getting started with using the oven: lots to learn.

Sleek design, great functionality

Great features!

Overall excellent oven. Although there are no visible lower burners, there are burners under the oven floor of both ovens. I say that because, if you’re used to using “Easy Off” to clean a warm oven, don’t do it on this one. The bottom gets VERY hot even if you only try to get the oven just warm. The Easy Off will instantly vaporize and fill your house with smoke. This is covered in the instructions, but I didn’t read them until after my minor disaster. Wifi connection is cool. Oven racks slide out easily. French doors on upper oven are cool. beautiful oven!
