Great Features and Easy to Use

We love our new Cafe wall oven! There is a manufacturer flaw in the top oven's french door, but the company we purchased the appliances through is taking care of it for us. We used the ovens for Thanksgiving. They were the BEST.

Great oven with some limited features at times

It's a beautiful oven, and performs very well overall. There are however some odd behaviors that we noticed since we started using it about 2 months ago. For starters, most of the functionality is disabled (for example the air frying, or the smart cooking options) if your oven isn't connected to wifi. So this is a smart oven when it's connected, but if your new home doesn't have internet service yet, you'll be stuck with basic baking cycles. Second, I found it quite odd that it's not possible to run the clean cycle on one part of the oven and simultaneously use the other part of the oven. The smart screen doesn't let you get out of cleaning mode, so it's impossible to set a cycle on the other module. Unclear if this is a software bug, user error, or an intentional limitation.

features missing but Love the french doors

We have double ovens yet there is only 1 timer which makes no sense if you are using 2 ovens to have only 1 timer. Also I am not satisfied that to use the light in turns on in both ovens. I should be able to look at something I am baking without turning the light on in the second oven that is proofing bread. Two ovens should have a light separately controlled for each oven, and a timer for each oven. Otherwise we love the ovens and love the french doors!
