Top of the Line Quality

Wonderful appliance! I changed out to the copper handles and knobs and it is beautiful. Even the timer has a wonderful different tone. Cooks evenly and quickly. I just wish they would make a matte black cafe counter stove top with the copper.

What a great oven!

Since having this oven installed two months ago, I love this oven. I love the French doors up on top as I'm short and now I won't have to burn my elbows as I retrieve hot food from the oven. I love the special gliding rack (it has ball bearings to move rack smoothly out and in.) . There is only one of these special racks per oven. We cook chicken using the convection roast setting, and feel it makes for a better final product. In addition, my husband loves the wi-fi connection feature which tells him when the oven is preheated, or when the food is done--all sent directly to his phone. Thank you so much for having such an oven available for purchase.

Excellent Oven exceeds expectations

I have been enjoying my oven for 30 days. There is still much to learn. I used the proofing feature yesterday which worked like a charm. When baking fried sweet potatoes I was able to use the top broil feature to crisp them up. They came out as good as if I had fried them. The convection selection keeps meats moist. My only disappointment is that the racks feel cheap and are a challenge to pull out and move positions. I will try more oil to correct this.

Classy Design!

I recently had my Cafe Double Wall Oven installed and I'm still learning about the convection versus traditional baking time and temps. I'm finding that I don't even need to adjust the temp because it automatically adjusts the temp when set to convection oven baking! The only thing that I need to keep an eye on is the length of time because it bakes a bit faster- which is great because I bake a lot of cakes!

The French door design is what caught my eye on this in addition to consumer report rating it the highest! I absolutely love it! She cooks beautifully! If I had to suggest any change it would be the closing the gap between the front and back of the door so the glass in between wouldn’t get dirty. Especially for the oven being to eye catching.

I have been using my new ovens for aprox 1 month. I bake bread and the proof setting is great. Then it browns the tops and bottoms evenly. Absolutely love my decision to purchase these ovens.

French Doors

I used it for the first time on Thanksgiving. It just worked out that way after installation. I am a short person and with my old oven I frequently burned myself on the door when basting my turkey. Not so this year and my turkey was the best ever. One other thing I love are the knobs. I am a retired nurse so most touch screens do not recognize my touch. I think it is because I washed my hands hundreds of times when at work. Also it looks awesome in my kitchen!! LOVE it. Already recommended it to my brother in law.
