Beautiful pavilion love it!

Really easy to assemble with one person. You will need two extra people to lift the roof panels. Quality is excellent and would highly recommend. My only complaint is the shipping charges for replacement or damaged parts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great kit

Was able to put this up with 3 people in one day. I decided to prime and paint the exterior pcs white. I painted before assembly which took time but feel it was worth it for looks and durability. Some pieces of wood did come damaged from shipping but CS was great and I received replacements in a couple days. It did take some problem solving at times and had to take out screws to adjust but for the price it’s hard to beat. Highly recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome instructions!

I read the reviews on this before purchasing. I was a bit concerned about delivery as I didn't want boxes dumped at the end of our driveway. These were unfounded. The delivery person worked with us to put the boxes where we wanted them (along the side and back of the driveway). My husband and I worked on the gazebo in the evenings, after work. The instructions were so well written. That, along with the Youtube videos made putting it together quite easy. My 9 yr old granddaughter helped install the roofing material. The only thing we needed extra help with was the roof installation. This had been mentioned by several previous reviewers, so we were expecting it. Luckily, I have large sons. So the four of us were able to handle it.
The gazebo is awesome looking and we are hoping to enjoy it for many years to come.

Definitely a great product!

Great product, overall good instructions but could use a few clarifications which I will get into later but if your handy you can definitely figure it out!
Major issues I had we're the dimensions and squares coming from the trim pieces of the posts so it took a little bit of playing with to get it right and not really a good description on how to set the roof for proper elevation. I wound up having to trim a half inch off the vertical truss supports because the peak was sitting low even though the bird mouths on the rafters were flushed up and tight. Not a huge deal but an avoidable inconvenience. Only other thing is I think the roof assembly as far as the sheeting goes I think it would be easier to lift into place and sheet in the air with a 10 ft ladder vs trying to get the whole thing up and adjusted with all the weight on it

This completed our resort style backyard

Great Pavilion w/minor issues

This pavilion took me about four days to complete working mostly by myself except for assistance with the roof panels (recommend 4 people for this step). I could have finished earlier except I chose the hottest week of the summer in Arizona to assemble it and couldn't work all day. The only major issues I encountered were warped and twisted rafters, and unfortunately they were the end rafters which resulted in difficulty squaring the roof panels. I was able to work through the twists by using some creative clamping. I can't stress enough how important it is to make sure your roof sections are square - take the extra time to check and double check. Other than that, the assembly process was very straight forward and the directions were quite easy to follow along. When my boxes were originally delivered they were missing all of the hardware (screws, nuts, bolts, washers). I contacted Yardistry customer service and they put the missing items in the mail that day, and I received them two days later. I placed my pavilion on a travertine patio with footers at each corner. I attached the posts to the footers with 3/8" x 5" wedge anchors. The finished product is great, and I have received nothing but compliments from friends and neighbors. It is very solid and well constructed, I couldn't be happier. I ran electric to the pavilion and installed a fan, lights, speakers, and several GFI outlets. I would highly recommend this pavilion if you're thinking of buying one

We got this for my wife for Mother's Day. Our daughter ended up getting married in it last week. It was a fun project for me. Instructions are very good, you need to pay attention to the details. Overall good quality and a good value. We are very satisfied.

Good Value, Great Customer Service, Better Instructions

This is a very nice gazebo for the money. One of the wood pieces had a substantial crack in it and I called for a replacement piece and Yardistry sent it Fed Ex so it arrived timely. The instructions are a bit difficujlt to follow. I had a neighbor who is a custom builder assist with most of the assembly and he found some of the steps to be either incorrect from a builders perspective. He installed flashing himself from a local steel company to trim the gabled fascia ends because he saw that the water was going to flow from the roof into the exposed wood. We also installed the aluminum panels after the roof panels were up because he found that he was not going to be able to get to certain areas on the underside of the roof if the panels were already installed. Actually easier to get up on a ladder and install the panels once the roof is in place. Again he is a custom home builder who is used to doing things a certain way. I will say that while the online videos were helpful as a supplement to the manual it would be nice if there was a DVD that showed each and every step of construction. The current videos show some of the major steps but is not comprehensive enough IMHO.
