Strong and good Pavillion

Once installed it’s great. High quality parts. The roof is a little thin. Beware this takes at least three (recommend 4) people when installing the roof which is very heavy. We bought the kit from Costco in 2019 and installed it on our deck at our lake house in Alabama. We had to support our deck with concrete piers to support the weight. It’s very heavy.
It’s made of cedar and painted metal with an aluminum roof with baked on paint.
We expect it to last 10-12 years or longer.
Just remember it takes skilled labor that are strong. We had two men and my daughter-in law install it. The roof was the hardest part. We used three ladders. I suggest using 4 strong people due to the sheer weight and size of the roof.

Engineered to the "N"th degree

Extremely well made. You will receive exactly the number of screws and or bolts and pieces required and not one extra. Do Not loose any you will need every one. This is precisely engineered (All be it a might over engineered) Follow the instruction, you wlll be tempted to free lance parts but like I said earlier engineered so there is a reason they do what they do and when they do it. Customer service is excellent
I wish I could remember the woman I talked to she listened (a rare trait these days) and then gave me the answer but said wait let me double check and she returned several min later and reassured me that yes this is the correct answer, very professional)
By the way you could not buy the materials to build this for less than the kit price.

Love it but only 6 months old and has mold

We bought 2 pavilions to cover a portion of our 27’ x 27’ for shelter from the sun and thought they were fabulous but now not 5 months later they have mold on them

I have been wanting one of these for my deck

I have been wanting to install a gazebo on my deck for years. After I completely refurbished my deck last year I finally purchased this one and installed it. The instructions recommend using 2-4 people to put it together but with a little bit of ingenuity and experience this Senior was able to do it by himself but I would recommend following the instructions set out my the manufacturer. Stands up well to the snow that we received this year as well.
