we are installing in our back yard up against the house to creat a covered eating area. this fits perfectly and provides excellent shelter from the hot sun. The frame is extremely well built and the instructions are easy to follow.

The videos were very helpful. It took me a couple weekends. Had limited help but when we raised the roof, it went very well. Pieces cut and fit was very precise. Customer service was always there when I had a question.

We put this in our back yard and we are already calling it our summer home. It is gorgeous and so well made! My husband had no problems assembling it! We had a slab that needed a cover over it and after shopping around on line we decided on the 12x14 pavilion and we love the way it has improved the look of our backyard. I worked alone on it for the most part and called in help when I needed the muscle, took me about 10 days to get it completed.
