I would like to suggest to add a label the knives by type of use. This will be very helpful to identify the knives utilisation easily. It won’t be need to use the book guide to know which knife to use to cut something.

Dull As Heck

I bought these thru the Uncrate app over the holidays. They are great looking and store nicely on the block. But they are dull and I’ve had others use them in my kitchen, and the comments are “look great, but are not very sharp”. Unfortunate buy.
