It has been a while since I last flew, and the size of carry-on luggage is smaller than what it used to be. I needed a wheeled, sturdy, easily identifiable, carry-on bag that would hold all of my clothes and shoes for a two week trip abroad. This bag meets all of my requirements. I've packed everything on my list in it, and still have a bit of room.
Pros: Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Lightweight

Usable space is smaller than I was expecting and the material doesn't seem to be as strong as the other bags I have with me already. Product details should include max dimensions and usable space dimensions. It will be helpful if you list dimensions and price so I don't have to go to each product only to realize it doesn't fit my requirements. It took lot of time to make the final selection

Used the product for 1 trip, and the exterior is all scratched up. Was used as carry on, cant imagine how badly it would look if would have been checked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the dimensions were listed Samsonite didn't specify that what they were listing was inside dimensions. I ordered it and a few days later found out that the outside dimensions were to big for international travel. I sent it back. Would have been nice if they specified the dimensions were inside. I had to pay 14.00 to return it. I don't think that's right.

I bought two of these and got just chance to use one of them. It has black rubber/plastic sleeve right beside the zip which has come out, it should stick to the bag. I called customer service and they asked me to take pictures and send it to some email which I haven't got chance yet. You should be responsible for product which is not worth for price or damage instead of asking customer to take pictures and send and they you will get back to us in a week etc.... I haven't used second one yet.

After the first trip going thru baggage they ate both unbelievably scratched up, beyond repair. Bought them for their beautiful color & brand, so disappointed that they didn't last 1 trip before looking 10 years old.
