CLEAN, QUIET AND BEST OF ALL, IT'S GE!

My kitchen is being remodeled with this refrigerator/freezer being part of the new features. Not only is it sturdily built, but the quiet and interior quality make it one of the 21st Century's most innovative products! I won't ever need another one again!

Cools fine; horrible fan noise

I purchased this unit about a month ago. The first one was delivered damage, so I had to refuse delivery. The current unit runs exceptionally loud and the fan can be heard from most rooms in the house. The noise progresses as the unit moves through a cooling cycle. Fortunately I was able to take advantage of the vendor's return policy and will not be trying another unit; instead I will go with another brand. The unit cools efficiently, and unlike other reviewers, I do not see frost build up in the freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works fine - noisy motor

We were limited by the size we could buy so we were left with this model to choose from. Although it serves its purpose, we are disappointed in the design.
We wanted a stainless steel refrigerator. When we got it installed, we were shocked to see that the side of the refrigerator was black. It darkened the kitchen and looked completely out of place. I had no choice but to put white paper along the side and hold it up with magnets. Also, when we pull out after leaning in to put things away on the top shelf, we hit the sharp edge of the handle on the freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect size

It is the right size for me. I am still getting used to where to put things as the layout is a little different than my old one, but it is working out just fine. And I love that it fits perfectly in the space in my kitchen.
