I would never buy online or from this company again

If I want to return this back I would need to pay about $60 for the shipping. I do not have th emotion of returning it back to the store. What the point of online shopping. The suit case design looks good but when I look at the color it was in. It doesn't look stylish at all. Disappoint from what I see online to what I see real life.

Wheel torn to shreds after single use

Really disappointed with the quality. I used this for a week long trip and got a Samsonite hoping to sacrifice higher cost for good quality and realizability. I was poorly mistaken. After a short walk to the bus stop one rubber wheel was completely torn to shreds and made it hard to maneuver the luggage for the rest of the trip. Very unfortunate and disappointing, would not recommend

Not sure what the lock pad actually locks. Instructions came on how to program the lock pad but it does not actually lock the suitcase.
Pros: Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality, Lightweight, Stylish
