Not a fan of the wire shelves. Ice tastes weird after 2 months of use. We got a good price, but they could have added a meat storage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would have preferred glass no spill shelves

Just the perfect size for my small kitchen. Exterior has the no fingerprint finish which I like. Very quiet operation.
Light enough so I can clean underneath without having to have help. The only negatives are the totally plastic crispers
and the wire shelves. I think for the price they could have been more substantial. Also an option for spill proof shelves would have been nice. Overall it fit the bill for what I needed.
