No light in freezer

The freezer doesn't have a light in it, which is very disappointing The shelves do not go all the way to the walls. It appears to be less quality than the GE we previously had.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You are correct that the upper freezer of this unit does not have a light installed. If you are referencing the shelving in the fresh food section, it is designed to not touch the back of the refrigerator wall. This design is to ensure that proper internal air flow is achieved.

This is a good buy and can sustain frequent use (ie. opening and closing). Additionally, I needed a product that is easy to clean. This purchase fits the bill. I'm pleased with my buy.
