I bought two of these and got just chance to use one of them. It has black rubber/plastic sleeve right beside the zip which has come out, it should stick to the bag. I called customer service and they asked me to take pictures and send it to some email which I haven't got chance yet. You should be responsible for product which is not worth for price or damage instead of asking customer to take pictures and send and they you will get back to us in a week etc.... I haven't used second one yet.

I got this for my mommy for her birthday and she's been looking for a hard case with the 360 spinners in the bottom, and this one is absolutely perfect! The purple is beautiful as well, the brush strokes on it give it that extra touch to make the purple not too childish!

Have had this suitcase for about 1 year. Telescoping handle is now stuck and button won't allow extension or retraction easily.
Pros: Lightweight, Stylish
Cons: Handle Is Weak, Poor Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
