Size is great for a small family but if your a larger family you will need a bigger one. If you put the it on 5 its definitely going to freeze what's at the back of the fridge and freezer is really cold l.

The fridge is a great one for its size, only 28” wide. It is quick making ice. It is ADA compliant, so you do have to be careful removing items or you will bump your head

The GE refrigerator replaces a Whirlpool that I've had for 18+ years. My choice of a refrigerator was limited to a certain size since it had to fit in a somewhat tight space. The GE wasn't my first choice, but it was the only one available that would fit. It's slightly smaller than the Whirlpool that it replaced. My biggest complaint is the interior shelves are limited in their adjustment to a certain height so tall bottles and containers have to stored horizontal or in the refrigerator door shelves. Other than that, I haven't encountered any other issues or problems that have made me regret the purchase. I guess time will tell if the GE refrigerator is durable. As always, your mileage may vary, i.e., you might have a better or worst experience . Given GE's quality control, you could end up with a lemon.
