This refrigerator has been broken since the third week we installed it .Leak in evaporator. The recommended service provider will not fix and never even reported it to GE . Worst service and worst refrigerator we ever purchased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought a month ago for our lake house. It slides around too much when you pull the doors open. Otherwise it does the job.

noisy...slow recovery

Newer refrigerators sound different from older refrigerators. Modern refrigerators have more features and use newer technology. We bought this as a second refrigerator to put in the garage. It is the perfect size and does an excellent job keeping items cool. The interior space is plenty for what we need.

Perfect size for our garage refrigerator. Plenty of space for extra freezer and refrigerator space to supplement our kitchen unit. The refrigerator door has a spot for two gallons of milk. Nice refrigerator with a great price. Just what we needed.

Freezer gasket not sealing

I have had this refrigerator about three weeks...and the freezer door gasket is not sealing. This morning I came out to a freezer that is iced and frozen products beginning to unthaw.
