Freezer gasket not sealing

I have had this refrigerator about three weeks...and the freezer door gasket is not sealing. This morning I came out to a freezer that is iced and frozen products beginning to unthaw.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect size for our garage refrigerator. Plenty of space for extra freezer and refrigerator space to supplement our kitchen unit. The refrigerator door has a spot for two gallons of milk. Nice refrigerator with a great price. Just what we needed.

We bought this as a second refrigerator to put in the garage. It is the perfect size and does an excellent job keeping items cool. The interior space is plenty for what we need.

noisy...slow recovery

very noisy...rapid cool loss when open door...very slow to recover cool temp after opening door...
