Runs loud

This refrigerator works for us. It is a second refrigerator we needed to replace when our old one died during the massive Creek Fire last year. I like how the height is lower. This refrigerator would have worked in a rental house we had a couple of years ago where the cupboard over the refrigerator spot was too low for most refrigerators. The one drawback is that the refrigerator is very loud when it runs. We were surprised by that. Our main refrigerator runs quietly by comparison.
Had the refrigerator about a month and a half. The inside layout is basic and works well for me. Keeps food cold on recommended setting. Makes odd noises now and again, but the owners manual leads me believe that is normal and the sounds are not too loud or annoying. So far, so good.
It's fine and functional but see other comments below.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello there - thanks for this feedback! We apologize that your refrigerator rolls when opened and won't stay put. This must be irritating and we understand your frustration.
Due to the size of the doors and the strength of the door gaskets, it is possible that the refrigerator may roll or move when one of the doors is opened if the unit is installed on a hard surface floor. Since the rollers/wheels do not lock in place, it may help to place a piece of wood, a small wood wedge, or plastic furniture coaster (with felt on the bottom) under the wheels to prevent rolling.
After that, you may need to re-level the refrigerator. Instructions on how to do so can be found on page 10 of the owner's manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-1000478-1.pdf.

We bought this as a replacement for our garage refrigerator, not very happy with its performance I have the temperature as high as it will go #5 and it doesn't get very cold you would think if it was pegged on the highest setting it would be ice cold unfortunately I have limited space so my choices are limited the only 2 choices were made by the same Hotpoint is made by GE and both refrigerators look exactly the same. Just not happy with this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there - we are happy to hear that your like the amount of shelving in this refrigerator, but we do apologize that it's not getting as cold as expected. This would be disheartening and we can understand your disappointment.
There could be several reasons why this unit is not getting cold enough in your garage. For example, surrounding air temperatures must be within 38-110°F for it to operate as intended. Extreme temperatures outside this temperature range will affect cooling, causing the unit to be less efficient.
