Perfect second refrigerator

After a small hiccup; the fan was not plugged in, so the appliance was not cooling properly, everything is working as it should. GE was quick to send a technician who found the easy fix. The refrigerator is a good size and works well for my needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Runs LOUD

I got this refrigerator because of the size. I had to have one to fit in a small space due to height. This is the only one I could find after hours of comparing. It is cute but is so loud I can hardly stand it. It makes many different sounds and runs a lot. I had to turn it lower than the recommended setting to keep things cold. No info given when installed I did not know it was going to run for 6 hours straight! Worst feature is the noise I can handle the other things although I do not like the wire racks and the inverted handles. Hope it hold up since it runs so much! I did read the reviews about the noise but gave in because if the size and height of my cabinets.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fan motor went 1yr after installing. Service came out to repair now refrigerator will not get cold. Had to throw away alot of food because of temperature.

For an issue with the refrigerator not getting cold, some troubleshooting options include making sure the door gasket is not torn and has no gaps, and the door is sealing completely. The unit should also have adequate air clearance to ensure proper performance. (The air clearance on this unit should be ¾” on the sides, 1” on the top and 2” in the back.) As you've had service recently, it is also possible the refrigerator could have been left in a diagnostic mode; if that is the case, disconnecting the unit from power for 30 seconds should reset the electrical components and restore normal function.

Bought this refrigerator in March and it’s been noisy until it stopped working beginning of September. The freezer defrosted and refrigerator got too warm. Still waiting for maintenance.
