We bought this as an upgrade from our old Hotpoint that was 25 years old and finally dying. I chose Hotpoint again because the last one lasted so long. I only have 2 complaints on this one. First there is no valance to hide the front exhaust area on the bottom so stuff just goes right under it. The old one had a valance. Second this this is quite a bit louder than our old one. You would think it would be the other way around, but it's not. Now some things I like. I like the LED light inside, the large door shelves, and the dual crisper drawers. I wish is had glass shelves instead of wire ones though.

Small, But Mighty

We were using this smaller-sized refrigerator as a loaner unit while we waited 6 weeks for the back-ordered delivery of our larger regular kitchen model. After about two weeks of use, we were so impressed with the loaner we decided go ahead and buy the Hotpoint. When our larger refrigerator arrives, we’ll be moving the smaller one to our garage as a backup unit. We confident we’ll get many more years of excellent service out of this compact unit.
