Happy New Year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Freezer in early Nov. 2021. Worked well for a month then we discovered the top half of the freezer has almost completely thawed out. Now it's the New Year's weekend and we transferred what foods we could (except meats) to our deep freezer. Tried various trouble-shooting like unplugging, make sure Sabbath Mode is off, making sure door is closed, shaking and slapping. I did hear a winding down noise a couple of days ago. Now I'm hoping it is in defrost mode and am waiting for 20 minutes to see if it will return to normal. Love the appliance and space but it needs a display window to tell you what the freezer is doing now: defrosting, warming up, cooling down, half working, needs reset, light sometimes working, beeping off and on for periods. Total pain in the neck. We just finishing refurbishing our food supply and am worried we will lose it. Got to wait 3 days before a business day.

Frigidaire 20.0 Cu FT feeezer Appliance review.

When we received it all the inside parts and drawers were properly taped and secured for delivery. We have had it now over a month, and the freezer is working properly. Plenty of interior space and excellent interior We decided on the Frigidaire model because of all the options like Power outage Assurance, Even temperature, plus the ability to customize the shelves and racks inside. Extremely happy with our unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about 3 weeks ago. This will be the 3rd Frigidaire we have. We have had great results with the others and waned the new one. This has auto door close and the door alarm. The temp adjustment on the door is great.

Major Issues

We purchased this Frigidaire 20.0 Cu. Ft Upright Freezer White-FFFU20F2VW that was manufactured in Canada and have had factuality problems since the beginning. These models should of not been sold to any retailers or to the public. It is defective, and manufactured with a the door made to bow outwards, which causes air to get in. The fan sounded very loud, then quit altogether. The thermostat quit working which caused all my food to spoil, and the light doesn't work. It is just sitting, waiting for a sim kit part that will take 8 weeks to arrive, and also needs to be serviced again to have other replacement parts installed.
