We ordered the red suitcase. It did not show the interior, but assumed it was the usual lined suitcase in red or grey. When we received it and I checked it, there was no lining. I called and talked to a few people, sent photos, and being the Holidays, we were put off till mid January only to be told that is the way they come. Samsonite needs more detail in their product description. Decided NOTE to purchase from them again as we have to pay to return this item. This is the first time we have ever seen a suitcase not lined. With all our travelling we go through many suitcases and this will be our last Samsonite.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I made the right decision to purchase this luggage!! would recommend this to friends and family members. The zipper less feature was the clincher! plus the 3 way lock system keeping safe all my belongings during my travels.

Great organizer with the separate compartments. Durable and love the side locking latches. Its is so lightweight I'm usually overweight for the airlines but it has nothing to do with the design of the product.
