very poor interior design

The control dial is immediately front forward, a carton of milk or any carton over about 7 inches has to be placed to the left or right . This control is 4 inches wide, now this is not a large refrigerator, (needed specific measurements for my kitchen) never thought to look for control I just thought they were always in the back. So if you just want to open the fridge and put something on top shelf you have to think ALWAYS just cant put in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
