Meets the purpose!

This was to replace our broken fridge. It fill in all of our basic needs. It doesn't come with extra unnecessary things and just works great!

Great quality & efficient use of space

I always loved GE products, have basically grown up on them. After many years of Luxury clothing, I recently got into the applance industry. I can say that aside from Subzero/wolf brand? GE is the only other brand that I can help people wI think peace of mind & also have in my home. Of all of the smaller/apt sized refrigerators? This is the only one that I know of that actually LASTS a long time..not to mention the service department is great with GE.

Great Little Spacious Fridge

I bought this fridge to replace the largest size side-by-side door fridge, and was a little worried I might not be able to fit everything we need in it. I have been quite surprised that I can fit so much more than in my larger fridge! I also love that I can easily fit a cookie sheet in the freezer. My husband loves that it uses so much less energy. It is a simple, no frills fridge, which is what we wanted. We actually like the wire shelves, which keep even a coffee mug perfectly stable and are nostalgic for us. I don't like that the closed door, when leaned on, makes the sound of air releasing. We had it checked out and nothing is wrong with it. I also don't like that it is a bit louder than expected maybe just because it seems to run for longer periods than our old fridge. It was explained that this is due to the smaller (more energy efficient) motor which takes longer to do what larger motors do more quickly, but uses less energy doing it. Overall, I am very happy with this fridge, and when the day comes that it has to be replaced, if it still exists I'd buy it again.

The extra large refrigerator interior makes for an easy to organize, easy to reach every item. The door boasts three large, deep shelves, easily capable of holding a gallon of milk or several two liter bottles of beverage. Two "Climate Zone" dedicated produce drawers offer the ideal environment for your fresh fruits, vegetables and cheese. Two enamel coated wire shelves in refrigerator section. The freezer compartment is generous, with one wire enamel coated wire shelf and two shelves on the door.
