A no-frills refrigerator, and that's O.K.

I purchased this refrigerator to replace one that was larger and fancier, and a source of problems and costly repairs. I wanted a no frills, reliable model to keep food cool and ice cream frozen. Ironically, this model is the same refrigerator that was initially replaced by the fancier one, bcz it was ordinary in appearance but never a source of issues. Hoping this experience will be similar to that one. Also pleased that it was purchased from a local store that offers repair services should they be needed. Very pleased with this purchase and refrigerator. It was what I was looking for-a refrigerator need not make a "fashion statement"!

Does what it is supposed to do BUT it only had two shelves and that does not give enough storage space. I hope I can get another shelf and would like to know how.

The compressor is too loud, in my opinion. It’s great in our garage but if you spend much time in your kitchen you will find it annoying.
