A solid refrigerator for the price

I bought this 4 months ago as a second refrigerator. I looking for a specific size, and I wanted an energy efficient model. This model had the most cubic feet of interior space within the dimensions of my space requirements. It was Energy Star rated as a super-efficient model. I've been very happy with the purchase. It runs very quiet, and was made in the U.S.A.! I do wish it had a light in the freezer (only the fridge is lit), and I do wish it had separate temperature controls (there is only a single dial to control temperature from 'warmer' to 'colder'). I'm sure I could have gotten those features in a bigger fridge, but for the price and with my space requirements, you can't beat it. Highly recommended!

Good Fridge

Bought it for our resort rental and needed a bisque color which is hard to find. Like the features of this basic model. Does seem a bit loud when cooling.

Excellent Door Seals

This was a replacement as part of the Energy Efficiency Program in our state. I really like the fact that the seals are thicker, however, it is difficult to open the door at times. Also, the refrigerator makes noises as if there is an ice machine.

I just had this delivered 4 days ago. I ordered this GE to exchange with a Hotpoint that I purchased and was disappointed with due to how loud it was, when running. So far I am pleased with this purchase, even with the wire shelves. The Hotpoint rfg.had glass shelves and was not as expensive as this GE.I would have liked to have a deli drawer, for the price paid. However, all in all I am pleased.
