All parts are made cheaply and will not withstand nor7 wear and tear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful fridge!

This fridge is beautiful!! I got it for a good price and it had the features I wanted - the sliding deli meat drawer and large storage shelves on the door. I couldn't go much bigger but this fridge has plenty of room. It's perfect for my tiny kitchen. Love it!

Great Little Fridge!

After 24 hours to settle in, my new refrigerator registers 36.5 degrees F. Variation over the last 12 hours was 38 degrees maximum, and 35 degrees minimum. The freezer is at 0.5 degrees, with a variation of +5 to -2 degrees. Perfect! I did have to set it at 4, rather than the recommended 3. The stainless steel doors are beautiful, with the rounded corners. This is my third GE refrigerator. The first two each lasted twenty years with no issues or repairs. It's quite elegant for a small, basic, energy-saving refrigerator. I love it!

I love my GE Refrigerator, it has been great so far. GE has a very good reputation in producing dependable appliances, that is why I chose a GE refrigerator to replace my old one. I would recommend this product to anyone in need of an updated refrigerator.
