So quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new dishwasher. It holds more dishes.it is so quiet. My old dishwasher was 23 years old. I had to wait and run it after we went to bed. We couldn't hear the TV over the dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this model because the other model that came with my new house was junk and this one I used twice and now the buttons don’t work on it so I have to call again for a repair even though it took 3 months to get the last one replaced

Cheaply made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is only 4 months old and already has wobbly hinges and the latch has broken- and it has not been used much at all! The control panel has shorted out too. Apparently this is a common problem with fridgidaire appliances. I bought a whole kitchen of this brand but will never again. They are not made like they used to be. Very cheaply done, but the price was not cheap.

Stopped working after 6 months

Latch broke 2x and had to replace it, the whole unit malfunctioned after less than 2 yrs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came with the new house, just replaced it with a Bosch (which is GREAT!). Dishwasher cleaned well... when it worked, but breaking multiple times in less than 2 years is unacceptable

So frustrating! Latch malfunctions constantly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am currently on my 4th round of replacing or repairing the latch the door of this machine. It continues to break, fail to latch. This deactivates the whole machine. I won't speak to the level of customer service. When the machine does work, it's quite effective and cleans extremely well :) It just won't start 80% of the time.

I hate it

I hate this dish washer! It washes fine do t get me wrong but I spend 10-15 mins every time trying to get it to turn in and actually start washing. My kids and husband can’t do it. And I lose patience most days trying to get it to turn in so I can start it

Hello, Etice. Thank you for sharing your experience. We feel bad to learn you’re not happy with your new dishwasher. We understand you’re having some challenges starting your unit. Your dishwasher’s control panel is a capacitive touch panel, similar to your smartphone or tablet. The control panel uses the conductive touch of a human finger. Input to resistive touch screens works through pressure resulting in two conductive layers being pressed together, so if your fingers are wet or sticky this may make the controls a bit difficult.
