Doesn’t dry...

This was installed when i moved into our newly built home. Its been 2 months and we never can get the thing to dry.. we ran all of our cycles and they always leave the dishes and silverware wet with moisture buildup inside which can lead to mold.

Disapointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smaller than expected, dishes dont fit as well as in other dishwaasher brands, doesnt dry dishes at all, racks wobble and seem flimsy. Will nor buy again.

Thank you for taking the time to provide both a design and performance review of your dishwasher. We can recommend reviewing the loading your dishwasher section of the owner' s manual for tips on making the best of the space.
Additionally, we do recommend the continued use of a rinse aid. Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line.

Had it for less than a week and I hate it.

Just installed this dishwasher. It worked fine for one wash cycle. Now it won't start a cycle for some reason. It just blinks and times out when I hit start. I tried checking to see if there was something preventing it from closing, but even after taking everything out and shutting the door it still won't start a wash cycle. I don't know whether there's something wrong with the latch system, but if so, considering I literally just bought this thing, that is not looking good.

Received this new dishwasher yesterday, fully crated and in box. Was slightly suspicious that the inside of the unit was wet? Got the unit installed no problems. Ran 1 cycle for testing purposes and no issues. Loaded it up to run it today and door won’t latch so unit won’t run. I think I got someone else’s junk. I am so so disappointed and after reading reviews am concerned that I bought a piece of junk. Can’t reach anyone till Monday so I guess this will be the start of my nightmare. Ugh.

big let down

i bought the dishwash 1/28/202 The unit completely failed 3/20/2020. a Frigidaire repair man came out 3/27/2020 and determined that the pump and mother board went bad and must be replaced. It is 5/6/2020 and the unit is still not fixed. We are a family of 5 people with no dish washer. do i need to say anymore!
