Doesn’t dry

Not a very good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with my new home. It does not have alot of options. It does not dry well at all even with rinse aid. The inside of the dishwasher stays wet all the time and it smells like mildew.

I feel awful to learn you are not getting the best drying performance from your dishwasher.

Based on the details you provided, I do show you had a recent diagnostic visit with one of our authorized service providers; it appears your unit is functioning as designed.

I recommend checking your water temperature. Please review page 10 of your dishwasher’s “Use & Care” guide on how to check your household’s water temp.

Your household water temperature along with the water pressure plays a key role in your appliance’s performance. The recommended temperature should be 120°F (49°C) and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi). Also, increasing your rinse aid helps with the drying process.

Disappointed

Have had this less than a month and I bought it for my new home. It looked good in the store and felt it would meet my needs HOWEVER it does not dry dishes at all, the inside is always wet and we have to leave the door open all the time so it doesn't begin to smell. With a toddler at home this is difficult. Would replace if I could.

Biggest bust ever

If you do not run your water and waste 1-2 gallons a day to get the water hot enough this unit WILL NOT WORK and they will not fix it. It is claiming energy star certified only because they only account for what the machine uses, not what it takes to work.

I understand that you have to run your water in order to get the water for your dishwasher hot enough to operate. As outlined in your Owner's Manual (page 3) this is recommended to make sure that the incoming water reaches 120 degrees to run efficiently.

Control panel went out after 3 month

The control panel and switch assembly had to be replaced after only 3 months. The local authorized service provider was great, but getting the parts was a hassle. The parts are supposed to arrive sometime next week. We have already been without the dishwasher for a week. Guess I will have to buy the extended warranty because it looks like this dishwasher is going to be a problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product delivered on May 3rd. Smelled like plastic after first wash....thought it would go away. Has not as of June 3rd..... Help. Tried to go to this website to get help under warranty, cannot figure it out. Can someone help me? THANKS I .have always bought Frididaire, and never had this problem. All cups and jars, smell like plastic when they come out, and taste like plastic????? HELP!

Horrible didn't even last 6 months

I purchased this dishwasher 6 months ago and washing - clean - sanitized start button/light just started flashing and it would not do anything else and its just there now taking up space. I tried everything and it would not work and when it did work it would stop in the middle of the wash and I would have to restart it.
