Working like it should

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an old Frigidaire dishwasher, its still working, just wanted a newer model. Since I didn’t have any problem with the old one, I had it for over 15 years, I thought I’d buy the same brand. The price was right too. Wish they haven’t changed the inside to a darker color. It’s quieter but not really that quiet.

Not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishwasher seems to have issues in running properly. I have even tried different wash cycles and hit the start button. for some reason it isn’t communicating with the machine to start.

We would be happy to see if we have any options available to help. In the meantime, you can try to check to see if a circuit breaker is tripped or if a fuse is blown. Make sure the water supply is turned on. Check to see if the cycle is set correctly. (See Operating Instructions.) Is the dishwasher set for the Delay Start Option? Make sure the door is closed and latched. Make sure the START/CANCEL pad is pressed after the cycle has been selected.
