Good value for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your dishes still have food particles attached at the end of a cycle, be sure to have your water tested for hardness or other chemical imbalances. I thought it was the machine but the incoming well water here was to blame. Now it does a great job. It is fairly quiet and I only hear soft background sounds which aren’t offensive but still helps me sense when a load is finished. It’s simple to load, the flip away wine glass racks for the stems are good for open kitchen scissors or other odd shaped items. I love the sanitizing cycle, and the ability to use the top rack cycle when I’m in a hurry to have fresh, shiny coffee cups. The door is easy to open and close. This product was less expensive than many on the sales floor and I do recommend after spending some time with my own, physical “do I want to live with this one?” Motion activated analysis on the local sales floor. I feel that much more expensive models are nice, but for a single person or 2-3 people sharing the kitchen this one is a good fit. If you live in a place with “swamp” like humidity, and don’t take time to unload after the cycle is complete, leave the door propped open to let it air. Otherwise, if you forget, mold can develop inside.

The silverware rack is too simple, does not separate individual items which can cause food to stay on between them. And wine glasses do not fit in the top rack despite the special clips that are included.

Waiting for a repair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was only able to do one load of dishes. Then the door will not lock and it also stopped lighting up when I selected a wash. I am waiting for my appointment with the repairman.

Not so great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is difficult to turn on. I have to shut the door several times before it starts. At the end of the cycle I do not see an indicator light. Lastly the dishes do not dry thoroughly. Really disappointed.
