Works great! We both love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new dishwasher is perfect. Very quiet, you can barely even tell it's running. Very efficient and is getting the dishes spotless. Easy to use and easy to load and unload. Wouldn't expect anything less from Frigidaire!

Dishwasher does not start.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is August 3, 2022. I moved into a house less than 3 weeks ago and I used it once. It will not start. Lights come on but will not run, the start just flashes and then goes out. Former owners purchased it in 11/2020 and had to have it warranty replaced in 6/2021. Now, again, it will not work. Very disappointed.

No service

We have always loved Frigidaire until this purchase. The dishwasher works extremely well most of the time. There is a problem with the mechanism that holds the top rack in place. When it malfunctions the top rack tilts to one side and must be reset in place. We called service and after a lengthy discussion we’re told that our problem was “cosmetic and no serviceman will be sent” and if we are not satisfied “we can call a local repair service and get an estimate”. We expressed our displeasure at that response and we’re hung up on! That’s why we titled this review no service. Beware.
