Know problem with this model dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tech that reset the door lock mechanism told us it was a know problem with this model dishwasher. If I had know beforehand I would never a bought your brand. So it is 7 months old and we are waiting for the tech to come again to reset the door lock mechanism.

Quiet, excellent performance

It removes and cleans everything I put in and all the dishes my granddaughter puts in ( bowl’s that still have remnants of whatever she’s eaten). It’s so quiet, unless I stand next to it and bend down I can’t even tell it’s on.

Not too loud and cleans dishes good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher isn't too loud when it runs and gets the dishes clean (my 2 main must haves). Also has nice handle on the door to hang a towel on. Great price compared to other brand dishwashers with same features.
